Position Overview

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently, on time, and within budget. The role involves implementing best practices in manufacturing, improving production processes, and leading a team to meet the company's production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular assessments of production processes and implement 5S methodology for workplace organization.
