Manufacturing Manager

What You Will Do

Manage and lead all aspects of a small manufacturing production area or a section of a larger area in a Packaging facility, ensuring full cGMP compliance. Supervise, hire, develop staff, and ensure production schedules are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and approve reports and protocols.
  • Ensure cGMP and CFR compliance.
  • Revise, update, and review procedures.
  • Manage SOP development and revision.
  • Optimize production processes and recommend changes.
  • Follow change control procedures and communicate with Regulatory and QA.
  • Interact with the FDA.

Process/Equipment/Facilities

  • Maintain and revalidate systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement solutions for operational problems.

Staff Supervision

  • Hire, train, evaluate, and develop staff.
  • Maintain training programs.
  • Coordinate production and maintenance scheduling.

Administrative

  • Assist in budget planning and department goals.

What We Expect Of You

Qualifications include a Doctorate, Master's with experience, Bachelor's with more experience, Associates with extensive experience, or a high school diploma with significant industry experience. Leadership experience managing teams or projects is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Availability for 12-hour PM shifts.
  • Strong managerial, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
