Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6-7+ years in the paper or printing industry
• Strong technical hardware experience in paper/printer resolution, troubleshooting, and sales
• Experience troubleshooting in wet printing, heat-set commercial printing, and sheet-fed printing
• Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing issues with paper or press machines
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, SAP, and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Oversee paper performance for assigned customers and printers across North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico)
• Troubleshoot issues and manage claims process to resolve customer printer problems
• Educate end users on products and technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, mills) for seamless service
• Build and maintain strong account relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and market insights
• Lead trial runs and ensure success
• Support continuous process improvement within the TCS and claims teams
• Negotiate with mills, printers, and brokers to ensure customer satisfaction
