The role requires 50–70% floor presence, HR compliance, and a focus on data-driven improvements using ERP and Excel. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory; 3–5 years of management in manufacturing is expected.

Reputable manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for their manufacturing facility. The Manufacturing Manager will have direct and indirect reports and will be responsible for a multi-shift operation. Daily you will have the following responsibilities:
This position requires candidates to be on the manufacturing floor 50-70% of their day. Candidates should be able to develop teams, be data driven, able hold others accountable, be energetic and able to take ownership of projects, have good work history and enjoy floor presence. Individuals who enjoy leading high performing teams, are encouraged to supply.

1. A high school diploma/GED is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
2. At least 3-5 years of similar fast-paced manufacturing management experience
3. Experience successfully leading direct and indirect reports
4. Experience initiating continuous improvement efforts
5. Experience working in QMS regulated environments, ISO, IATF, etc.
6. Experience leading or participating in RCA (root case analysis), formal problem solving and corrective actions
7. Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
