Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to become certified to operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts, and pass a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and complete timely repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
• Help organize the maintenance shop and maintain parts inventory.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams.
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
