Qualifications

• Performs preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Able to read and follow written, oral or diagram instructions.
• Troubleshoots, disassembles, repairs and reassembles machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Works with maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.
• Requires ability to take direction from managers and skilled maintenance staff.
• Operates hand and power tools safely while performing daily tasks.
• Uses measuring devices for equipment alignment and calibration.
• Repairs, replaces worn parts and tests systems before handover to operators.
• Maintains logs and records of equipment services.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
