CCL Healthcare in Sonoma, CA seeks a maintenance technician to support production by ensuring safe, reliable operation of industrial equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical, pneumatic and mechanical failures, and implement upgrades as directed.

Responsibilities include documenting work, ordering parts, adhering to GMP and safety policies, and working independently to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• One-year certificate from college or technical school or 3–5 years related experience in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Strong analytic, troubleshooting, mathematical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities to support production requirements.
• Experience with shop tools and equipment such as milling, grinding, cutting, welding, and machine presses.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair electrical, pneumatic and mechanical failures.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Comply with GMP and safety policies.
• Execute special projects as directed by supervision.
• Observe machine operation and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Fabricate and install upgrades or modifications to machines.
• Maintain parts inventory and coordinate with operations to order parts.
