Job summary

CC US Holdings LLC at Calibre Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Technician with basic electrical experience to support production with proactive maintenance and quick repairs.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, read blueprints, install new equipment, and maintain records to minimize downtime.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Pharmaceutical experience and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
• Basic facility maintenance.
• Install, test, and calibrate new machines and production systems as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tool rooms
• Assist with maintaining spare parts/inventory.
