The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and the ability to read schematics, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and work with vendors. Overtime and first-shift training are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems
• Experience maintaining PCB manufacturing equipment from vendors listed in job ad
• Familiar with reading schematics and using diagnostic tools
• Ability to work overtime and train on first shift as needed
• IPC-A-600, IPC-6012, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production line equipment including copper electroplating, chemical etching, and PCB layup systems
• Maintain SMT line equipment, conveyor systems, and thermal/ Reliability chambers
• Read schematics to troubleshoot down to component level and perform calibrations
• Adhere to lockout/tagout procedures and safety policies
• Coordinate with suppliers, obtain quotes, and manage purchase requisitions
• Provide feedback to maintenance, engineering and vendor teams to reduce downtime
• Train production personnel and operate material handling equipment
