Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hands-on work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics.
• Experience using hand and power tools and basic precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks per written work instructions, procedures and safety standards in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Operate production equipment and monitor process conditions; execute start/stop procedures.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting with maintenance/engineering to drive root cause of downtime.
• Read blueprints and electrical/mechanical/pneumatic schematics and parts lists.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure quality inspections for defects and non-conformities.
