Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma and field-related experience; willingness to pass company tests and complete probationary training is required to ensure proficiency across the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and field-related experience as described in the job posting.
• Proven ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing knowledge.
• Welding and cutting skills are preferred; capable of routine maintenance on electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery via preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow diagrams, manuals, and engineering specs to troubleshoot and repair.
• Inspect parts with calipers and micrometers to verify dimensional changes.
• Maintain inventories of equipment and parts and coordinate orders.
• Document actions, irregularities, and needs to keep teams aligned.
