Viaflex is seeking a Maintenance Technician to set up, monitor, and repair production machinery. You will troubleshoot, design or modify fixtures, and perform preventative maintenance with careful record-keeping.

Qualifications include 2+ years in a related role or an associate degree, strong technical skills in electrical/mechanical areas, and ability to read schematics. Welding knowledge is a plus; join a team committed to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and interpret equipment manuals.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills.
• Ability to use various hand tools and test equipment.
• Proficiency with a computer.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is helpful.
• Welding knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, monitors, and repairs machines in the production area.
• Performs troubleshooting and repair on machines.
• Designs or modifies equipment, jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Performs preventative maintenance and maintains records.
• Assists with installation of new machines and equipment.
• Maintains documentation on machines and equipment.
