Job summary

Veolia Group's Water Tech team seeks a Maintenance Technician to sustain, troubleshoot, and repair high‑end manufacturing assets such as membranes and packaging lines. You’ll apply mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills and may cross‑train to run departmental equipment.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, preventative maintenance, and documenting work in CMMS. The role supports internal customers and manufacturing teams on a rotating 12‑hour shift with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Team player with strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CMMS (Maximo) experience.
• Ability to work independently on PM/CM tasks.
• Identify critical spare parts and place orders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate safety concerns and follow life‑critical policies.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize scrap.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance per plans and schematics.
• Document actions and findings in the CMMS (Maximo).
• Support internal customers and manufacturing teams with service and repairs.
• Use measuring tools and testing instruments to assess wear and calibration.
