Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 3 years’ maintenance technician experience in manufacturing
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork
• Proficient with CMMS (Maximo) and Google Suite
• Ability to identify critical spare parts and place orders

Responsibilities

• Proactively address safety concerns and follow life-critical policies
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per plans and schematics
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and minimize scrap
• Operate and/or set up production equipment and assist with changeovers
• Document findings and maintain CMMS records
