Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.
• Must have working-level English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Proficiency with MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check settings, gauge readings, and sensors regularly to keep machines operating at proper specs.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines according to documented requirements.
• Make observations of machines to detect abnormalities.
• Tighten bolts and inspect belts and chains for wear and proper tension.
• Perform simple machinist duties such as cleaning, lubrication, and part changes.
• Restore machines to correct operating functions and acceptability.
• Make mechanical and pneumatic adjustments and recover error codes.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Report faults and support modifications to increase efficiency.
