Job summary

USPL in North Brunswick, NJ, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic (MFG). You will perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of packaging and processing equipment, including encapsulators and dryers, working under supervision at Level 1, while Level 2/3 roles take on more complex tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years (Level 1), up to 5+ years (Level 3) in a regulated manufacturing environment, with strong mechanical/electrical skills and knowledge of cGMP and safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OSHA, and equipment schematics.
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals/food.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and repairs of high-speed and complex machinery.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage spare parts inventories.
• Train Level 1 and 2 staff; support regulatory inspections.
