Manufacturing Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift
Pay: $30–$40/hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | Every Other Weekend Required | Overtime Available
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep production equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
This is a hands‑on maintenance position where you will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and systems. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with machinery, and keeping production moving, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Candidates with experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, Electro-Mechanical Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Farm Equipment Mechanic, CNC Maintenance Technician, or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated machinery.
- Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Assist with repairs, fabrication, and assembly of mechanical components.
- Support continuous improvement efforts designed to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Respond to equipment issues and help restore production as quickly and safely as possible.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or related experience
- Related technical education or training may also be considered.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical components.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Basic PLC and robotics experience preferred.
- Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including shifts of up to 12 hours.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
- Willingness to work every other weekend.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
