Job summary

Pavestone in Scott City, MO seeks a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to keep our automated production line running safely and efficiently.

You will inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems, read schematics, and troubleshoot PLCs to minimize downtime. The role includes light welding and collaboration with the facilities team to uphold 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• At least two years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience in an industrial setting and CMMS software.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated manufacturing machinery and systems.
• Inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Read schematics and diagnose 24V, AC/DC, 110V, 480V systems.
• Perform light welding and fabrication on machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
• Assist with building, grounds, and general facility maintenance.

About the Role:

As a ManufacturingMaintenance Technician with Pavestoneyou are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
