Job summary

Tremron Group is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our production team. You will maintain automated machinery, inspect equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in a similar role within an industrial setting, can read schematics, use a voltage meter, and has experience with CMMS software. Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems and PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens) is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints and working with electrical controls.
• Proficiency with 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, relays, and motors.
• Experience with CMMS software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated machinery and perform preventative maintenance across the facility.
• Inspect, repair and service all manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and use a voltage meter to diagnose issues.
• Perform light welding/fabrication (Stick or MIG) as needed for machine parts.
• Troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens) and support facility/building maintenance.

About The Role

As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with Tremron you are responsible for:

• The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
• Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
• Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
• Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
• Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
• Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
• At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
• Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
• (We also would be looking for someone with working experience using a CMMS Software System.)
