Hirebridge is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safe operation, maintenance, and setup of computerized machinery to meet production specifications.

The candidate will report data to the Plant Manager, take precise measurements, monitor processes for quality, and assist with routine maintenance. Forklift operation and strong mechanical aptitude are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power, transmission, pneumatic, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation and maintenance of a computerized manufacturing machine.
• Reporting all needed information to the Plant Manager.
• Using equipment and tools to manufacturing specifications.
• Taking a variety of measurements to monitor process and ensure quality production.
• Machine maintenance and set-up.
• Cleaning the machinery.
• Operating a forklift.
