Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Technician Support professional for a 3rd shift role in Grand Rapids, MI. Training will occur during the 1st shift for 2–3 weeks.

You will install, maintain and repair line equipment, diagnose failures, replace defective components and perform basic troubleshooting using schematics and manuals, while keeping logs up to date. Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and vocational or technical education or certification. Pay rate is USD 30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of line equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, diagrams, specifications and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair line equipment.
• Diagnose failures and replace defective components.
• Perform basic troubleshooting using diagrams, specs and manuals.
• Maintain maintenance and repair logs.
• May redesign systems for incorporation on existing equipment.
• May estimate labor and equipment costs.
