Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our client in Richmond, VA. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment on a 2nd shift.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, TPM outages, emergency repairs, and reading manuals/diagrams. Strong mechanical, electrical/PLC understanding, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing is required.
• Minimum 4 years of production maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and TPM activities.
• Read manuals, diagrams and work orders to perform services.
• Diagnose problems and replace/repair parts to achieve acceptable solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage onsite work.
