Job summary

The role requires a B.S. degree and 3–5 years of maintenance experience, including 1–2 years of supervisory responsibility, with familiarity in SAP and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members to attain max product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support safety, training, motivation, and performance evaluations.
• Manage production goals, quality, scrap, and labor efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate maintenance plans using CMMS data and equipment condition.
• Lead process improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, PQI, DPU reduction).
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments for maintenance goals.
• Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient maintenance during non-production windows.
