Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance activities across our injection molding facility.You’ll implement preventative, predictive and asset health-based maintenance programs, ensuring operational continuity through effective maintenance execution and technology support.

We are looking for a permanent full-time Maintenance Supervisor at our manufacturing facility in N. Dartmouth, MA.The in-person role is Monday-Friday from 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Maintenance Operations:

• Implement and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for injection molding presses, tools, robots, and automated equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activities for specialized machinery including sewing, cutting, and embroidery machines
• Oversee utilities maintenance including compressors and water chillers.
• Document maintenance procedures and equipment specifications
• Respond to emergency repair situations and coordinate technician activities

Facility and Equipment Support:

• Serve as technical point of contact for facility infrastructure including building systems, access controls, and utility services
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for routine repairs and maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities
• Ensure proper inventory of maintenance parts and supplies
• Follow and enforce safety standards and regulations

Operational Technology Support:

• Provide technical support for programs, HMI systems, and automated equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and control systems
• Support implementation of new equipment and technology
• Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical service and support
• Maintain documentation for operational technology systems
• Requirements and Skills:
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with automated equipment, and injection molding processes
• Background in implementing and executing preventive maintenance programs
• Technical knowledge of injection molding equipment and associated systems
• Experience with maintenance management software
• Understanding of PLC systems and automated manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and compressed air
• Ability to read technical drawings and equipment schematics
• Experience coordinating with vendors and service providers
• Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Team coordination and work planning.
• Safety awareness and compliance.
• Effective communication.
• Time management and prioritization.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Position requires movement throughout the manufacturing facility, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and work in various environmental conditions including moderate noise levels and proximity to moving machinery. Safety protocols and appropriate PPE must be followed at all times.
