Clemens Food Group in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for 3rd shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM–6:00 AM). You will lead a maintenance and electronics team of about 10 in a highly automated plant, setting priorities, assigning work, and ensuring equipment readiness for Production.

Lead a 3rd-shift maintenance team of approximately 10 maintenance and electronic trades team members who are supporting a highly automated manufacturing operation.
Your job is to lead the work—not personally make every repair. You’ll set daily priorities, assign scheduled work, monitor quality and completion, develop technicians, and make sure equipment is ready for Production.
Third shift gives the maintenance team significant access to equipment while production is down.

This is a leadership-first role. Personal hands-on troubleshooting and repair should generally represent no more than approximately 10% of the position; the primary responsibility is leading the team, directing work, and driving execution.

You don't need to be the top expert in every discipline. You need enough technical breadth to effectively lead mechanics, electro-mechanics, electricians, and instrumentation/controls technicians.
Food-manufacturing experience is not required.
Strong experience from another established, highly automated manufacturing environment can translate.
We can also be flexible on SAP, our specific equipment and controls platforms, and formal education when you bring equivalent technical and leadership experience.
