Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as needed to keep machines in optimal condition
• Identify root causes of breakdowns; repair quickly to reduce downtime
• Record and report damaged parts, order and install replacements
• Prepare reports documenting work performed and maintain organized shop areas
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance and collaborate on product modifications
• Wear PPE and follow safety policies to promote a zero-accident culture
• Possibly assist with tests, improvements, and project implementations
