Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You'll handle preventive maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and support installation of new equipment while adhering to safety standards and LOTO procedures. This temp-to-hire position requires certification in electrical/industrial maintenance and hands-on PLC

Qualifications

Certification in Electrical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance required.
PLC/Control Systems Certification a plus.
OSHA Electrical Safety Certification a plus.
Minimum 5 years directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

Repair, rebuild, and retrofit manufacturing equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics).
Perform preventive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of malfunctions and apply corrective actions.
Use diagnostic equipment and measuring devices (voltmeters, calipers, micrometers, oscilloscopes).
Assist with installation of new equipment and basic repairs around the facility.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and safety practices.
Operate forklift and support 3 buildings as needed.
