Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Dallas to support production and facility operations through preventive and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist with installations while maintaining CMMS records and spare parts inventory.

You will collaborate with quality and operations teams to improve reliability, read blueprints, and follow LOTO procedures. Overtime and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or automated equipment environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment and automated production systems.
• Perform equipment setup, configuration changes, and operational adjustments to support production requirements.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical components to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, sensors, switches, photoelectric devices, motors, and related field equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
• Collaborate with quality and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and process efficiency.
