Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Maintenance Manager in the United States to plan, coordinate, and direct maintenance activities across the site, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to production plans. The role involves supervision of maintenance staff and collaboration with engineers, quality, and operations.

The incumbent focuses on planning and control, working with other units and participating in improvement projects to optimize equipment and processes while managing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct maintenance activities to meet production schedules and minimize costs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with lead personnel and technicians.
• Collaborate with vendors, service technicians, engineers and QA on specs, changes, and process improvements.
