Job summary

The Hillman Group, following its acquisition of Campbell Chain, seeks an experienced MGR, Manufacturing Maintenance to lead maintenance operations and ensure safe, reliable equipment performance. This role blends team leadership with hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive programs, and downtime reduction.

It focuses on building the maintenance organization, improving equipment reliability, and partnering with production to address priorities while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
2+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee supervisors and maintenance teams across shifts or facilities.
Monitor KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
