Job Summary

Campbell is seeking an experienced MGR, Manufacturing Maintenanceto lead maintenance operations and ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective equipment performance. This highly engaged leadership role combines team management with active involvement in daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating repairs, supporting preventive maintenance, and minimizing production downtime.

The manager will develop the maintenance team, strengthen equipment reliability, and partner closely with production and operations to address immediate priorities while advancing long-term maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Job Functions*

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
