Job summary

The-Hillman-Group is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing Maintenance to lead daily maintenance activities, supervise technicians, and drive reliability across equipment. You will prioritize work by safety and production impact, enforce lockout/tagout and safety standards, coordinate breakdown response, and ensure preventive maintenance is on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/operations or related field preferred.
• 6+ years manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
• Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
• Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and safety regulations.
• Coordinate breakdown response and recovery.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor maintenance backlog, downtime, and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management for technicians.
• Partner with operations to minimize equipment downtime.
• Support maintenance documentation and CMMS accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
