Qualifications

• Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans to boost reliability.
• Lead and supervise a maintenance team of technicians and machinists.

• Coordinate daily maintenance scheduling to support production.
• Review safety policies and conduct maintenance training.
• Provide ongoing technical training for maintenance staff.

• Drive continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
