Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering or equivalent technical manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• 2+ years of maintenance engineer experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting and operation/maintenance of food processing and utilities systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Visio and MS Projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD software and CMMS planning/purchasing functions.

Responsibilities

• Optimize scope and timeline for equipment overhauls.
• Develop execution plans, manpower and schedules for overhauls and shutdowns.
• Lead interactions with planning, inventory control and maintenance teams on overhauls and repairs.
• Analyze PM program condition and prioritize gaps.
• Manage PM program for equipment, building and facilities via CMMS.
• Oversee PM review of critical assets and ROI considerations.
