Job summary

Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is seeking a dedicated full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator for our swing shift. You will work with a team to feed materials, monitor the machine, perform quality checks, and learn new skills as you grow into the role.

Experience is not required; training is provided. Perks include medical, dental, a 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. Schedule is Monday-Thursday with occasional Friday overtime, 3:45 PM–2:30 AM.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical ability to stand for the shift.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into equipment and monitor operation with a more experienced coworker.
• Stack materials and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specs.
• Undergo training and progressively take on more tasks and different equipment.
