Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator on swing shift. You will feed materials into equipment, stack parts, and perform quality checks as you train toward more responsibilities.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training, with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off and holidays. You must be 18+ and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and perform physical tasks.

• Accurately stack materials and perform quality checks.
