Your primary responsibility is to set up machines according to the work order & job specifications. Using your mechanical skills, you troubleshoot and adjust the setup as needed. You pull all necessary materials and tools to perform measuring, cutting, assembly, and other operations as necessary for production. As a skillful assembler , you fill, weigh, and label each package. Always attentive to detail, you keep an inventory of materials and alert managers when items are low. You complete high-quality work , making sure to monitor and maintain excellent production performance. Safety is your highest priority as you operate machines, so you make sure to follow all rules to the letter. As someone who loves to learn new things, you enjoy the opportunities to be cross-trained on other production equipment. With each job, you take pride in a job well done! As a dependable worker, you take accountability for managing your material inventory and alerting personnel when supplies run low. You ensure that clients are happy with their custom orders by carefully counting or weighing products packed into cartons, then printing and applying labels.
