Job summary

International Wire Group, a Pantheon Electric company, is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our Central New York facilities. This role focuses on operating and maintaining copper wire production equipment, with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The position offers a stable career with full-time hours on the 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.), competitive hourly pay of $29.50–$31.50, overtime after 40 hours, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend and work through the shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products for quality and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Handle raw materials and finished products safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
