Job summary

International Wire Group is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators for our Boonville, NY facility on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pay ranges from $29.50 to $31.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and a strong benefits package.

The role involves operating equipment, setting up and troubleshooting machines, inspecting copper wire products, and recording data in computerized systems. We value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, offering on-site work in a long-standing manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work the scheduled shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
