Job summary

International Wire Group is hiring Manufacturing Machine Operators to join our Camden, NY manufacturing facility. You will operate and monitor equipment to produce high-quality copper wire products, while upholding safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

We offer $29.50–$31.50 per hour, overtime after 40 hours, paid on-the-job training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Second shift (3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) and third shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) provide stable schedules and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work through the shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
• Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and production specifications.
• Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
