Job summary

VDL USA Holding Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Logistics Engineer to optimize manufacturing and warehousing processes, improve material flow, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with production teams and engineers to analyze data, develop work instructions, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and hands-on manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, logistics, or process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Analyze production schedules, methods, and data to identify trends and provide management with reports.
• Assist with compliance to company policies and government regulations under guidance of senior engineers.
• Review costs, labor, material usage, and future production needs for cost control and budgeting.
• Estimate production times, staffing, and lead times to support planning.
• Enter and verify production data in management systems for accurate reporting.
• Develop and update operating procedures and process documentation for consistency.
• Collaborate across departments to support objectives and improvement initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to boost performance.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
