Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervision experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure operators follow safety standards.
• Ensure trucks at each station meet quality standards.
• Ensure stations are backflushed correctly.
• Ensure daily line rate targets are achieved.
• Effectively manage personnel issues.
