Jabil, located in Florence, Kentucky, seeks Manufacturing Line Leads to organize line workload and staffing across shifts. You will ensure workmanship standards, monitor CIQ, and minimize changeover times while maintaining proper material stock and up-to-date documentation.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associates preferred), 3+ years in manufacturing, and 1+ year leadership experience. Strong communication and PC skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced PC skills, including training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Assembly Line Supervisor and organizes line workload and staffing based on product priority.
• Ensures workmanship standards and monitors CIQ to fix issues quickly.
• Minimizes changeover times through organized and planned changeovers.
• Manages materials on floor to ensure proper stock and availability.
• Verifies accurate, current, and authorized line documentation.
• Informs employees of deviations or changes and notifies supervisor of issues.
• Drives continuous improvement and ensures staff training and certification.
• Tracks production and ensures deadlines and schedules are met.
• Reviews policies and ensures employees read and adhere to them.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
