Job summary

IEM is seeking a Senior Learning Program Manager to lead the end-to-end workforce capability build for a new manufacturing facility in San Antonio. You will own onboarding, internal training, and community workforce development, including leading a team of Training Specialists and stand-up of facility-specific technical training.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of learning and development or related field.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team of trainers or training specialists.
• Experience designing and managing learning programs within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms; familiarity with Articulate 360 is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and launch learning programs for production staff.
• Partner with site leadership and SMEs to develop job-specific learning paths.
• Lead a team of Manufacturing Training Specialists and scale to a large ramp.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality training standards.
• Measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
