Job summary

Senneca is seeking dynamic high-achievers for a 10-12 week LEAP internship in our manufacturing environment. You will explore engineering, supply chain, operations, customer service or quality, with mentorship from senior leaders and access to a vast e-learning library to support your growth.

You will gain hands-on experience, lead or support projects, and develop leadership, critical thinking, and teamwork skills while delivering meaningful results for our customers and our company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in a related field or student status.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, industrial environment and learn quickly.
• Demonstrated leadership, project work, and teamwork through activities or experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of manufacturing applications through training and on-the-job experience.
