Job summary

Chase Doors is seeking dynamic, high‑achieving students for its LEAP internship program in the United States. The 10‑12 week internship offers hands‑on experience in the specialty door industry, leadership development, and exposure to engineering, supply chain, operations management, customer service, and quality roles.

You will be assigned a mentor and have opportunities to learn from associates and senior leaders, with formal presentations and project ownership designed to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10–12 week internship to gain field experience.
• Engage in projects and present findings to leaders.
• Learn manufacturing processes in engineering, supply chain, operations, or quality.
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and access to training resources.
