You will be assigned a mentor and have access to a Talent Management Software with over 23,000 courses to aid growth. Opportunities span Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Customer Service or Quality at a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong academic record.
• Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of how your area of study applies in a manufacturing environment through training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Develop and strengthen competencies required for your internship.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions within your area of focus.
• Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop plans, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Complete financial and/or data analysis as required.
• Deliver superior customer service (internal or external).
• Interact with leaders, customers, vendors and employees to solve problems and protect company assets.
• Enhance ability to communicate, influence and interact with customers and teammates.
• Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
• Stay current with industry trends by reading publications.
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
