Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies and motion analysis.

Responsibilities

• Optimize workflows, labor utilization and sequence of operations to improve efficiency.
• Ideate, lead and support waste elimination and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Perform data analysis to establish shop performance metrics and solve complex operational problems.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, production supervisors and shift leaders.
• Support project implementation and plant initiatives including off shift or weekends as needed.
