Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing operations. You will champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and data-driven decision-making to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost performance.

As a trusted partner, you will mentor leaders, develop SOPs, track KPIs, and drive cross-functional initiatives with Production, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Industrial/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years manufacturing CI/LEAN experience; 3+ years in management.
• Experience leading Lean initiatives with measurable results.
• HVAC/heavy manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute CI strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate Lean initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work).
• Develop and analyze KPIs to measure performance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives focused on SQDCE.
• Coach and train employees on Lean principles.
