Job summary

MacLean-Fogg Company in Mundelein, IL invites you to join the Manufacturing Management Program (MMP), a two-year rotational development path for early-career environmental, health and safety professionals.

Over two one-year rotations at manufacturing facilities and corporate teams, you'll build leadership, risk assessment, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement experience while relocating nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or closely related field.
• Degree conferred in 2026 or 2027.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership through internship, student organization, project team or job.
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the United States for both rotations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for orientation, events, and facility visits.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support risk assessments, inspections, incident learning, environmental activities, and corrective-action follow-through.
• Analyze EHS observations and data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate expectations and strengthen safe work practices with employees, supervisors, and leaders.
• Lead a first-year project and present results to senior leaders.
• Take on a second-year project aligned to background and development.
• Present work and recommendations to leaders throughout the program.
• Complete a capstone presentation at the end of year two.
